CFS O-Ring Compatible with AquaStar O-RING224, Waterway 805-0224, 3 or 4 Pack

CFS replacement O-ring, Buna-N (nitrile) 70 durometer. Size AS568-224: 1.734 in ID x 0.139 in cross-section (44.04 mm x 3.53 mm), about 2.012 in (51.10 mm) outside diameter. Sold in packs of 3 or 4 rings.

Fit and part numbers

• Compatible with AquaStar O-RING224: AquaStar PLF27000 and PLF35000 pipeline filter drain plug.
• Compatible with Waterway 805-0224: Waterway 1.5 in union tailpiece on Clearwater II, UltraClean Pro and Carefree filters.

Measure your old ring first

Seal sizes vary by brand and by model year. Lay your old ring flat and measure the inside diameter and the thickness: it should be close to 1.734 in x 0.139 in. Old rings stretch or swell a little, so expect a small difference.

Wipe the groove clean and apply a thin film of silicone O-ring lubricant before fitting. Never use petroleum grease on a Buna-N ring.

Buna-N is the standard material for pump lids, unions, valves and filter tanks. Chlorinator and chemical feeder lids need a Viton (FKM) ring instead.
